How can you optimize your mental and physical health? First developed by Dr. Margaret “Peggy” Swarbrick, the eight dimensions of wellness (https://cspnj.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Wellness-8-Dimensions.pdf) is an interconnected model used by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, among others, to show the framework for mind, body and self health:
