For policies underwritten by American Family Connect Property and Casualty Insurance Company and American Family Connect Insurance Company, Roadside Assistance covers up to $75 per occurrence ($100 in MA, MT and SC, $80 in TX, no limit in NC) for vehicles on the auto policy. Roadside Assistance does not pay for the cost of the battery or fluids (gas, oil, coolant, etc.), and it does not pay to replace keys or locks. Other limitations may be applicable. If you are not a Costco Executive Member, you must add towing coverage to your policy to be eligible for Roadside Assistance.
For policies underwritten by Midvale Indemnity Company, please refer to the Emergency Roadside Service Coverage endorsement (Towing and Labor Costs Coverage endorsement in NC & VA) included with your policy for coverage details, if applicable. If you are not a Costco Executive Member or in HI, you must add this endorsement to your policy to be eligible for Roadside Assistance. 4Lifetime Renewability applies to auto insurance and is not available in CA, MD and MI or to policyholders who have major violations, fail to pay premium, do not provide requested underwriting information, move to a state where CONNECT products are not available, purchase a vehicle we do not insure; or if there is a substantial change in the condition or the use of the vehicle insured; or if CONNECT determines the vehicle is unable to be insured. Protective refers to Protective Life Insurance Company, Omaha, NE. 9Non-Executive Members pay a $25 Application Fee and $4.95 Monthly Statement Fees. 10If a Costco Executive Member commits to a minimum of two (2) months of storage with PODS, the member shall receive: (i) standard local delivery at no charge, (ii) redeliveries at no charge (limited to four redeliveries per 12 month period), (iii) 20% off first month's storage and recurring monthly storage, and (iv) 20% off long-distance transportation. If the two-month minimum commitment is not met, all promotional discounts will be reversed. Member will be charged PODS’ standard published rates for all services, including the initial delivery fee and any redelivery fees, which will be reflected on the final invoice.
