The adjustable base is designed solely for in-home use. This base was not designed as a hospital bed and is not designed to meet hospital standards. Do not use the base with tent type oxygen therapy equipment or near explosive gases.

White Glove delivery is available for an additional fee quoted at check out. Carrier delivers in-home to room of choice and will remove all packing materials. Carrier will call to set up appointment. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of checkout. Additional transit time will be required. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 2-4 weeks from the time of order. Some out of network locations may necessitate extra charges which will be communicated prior to shipping, giving the option to cancel and re-order using a no fee FedEx delivery.

Standard shipping via FedEx Ground is included in the quoted price.

Members in the state of California that will not receive haul away at time of delivery, must call 1-800-955-2292 within 30 days of delivery to request haulaway.

*Used mattress that are contaminated and pose a risk to personnel, new products, or equipment are not eligible for haulaway.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
