How To Get It

Gift friends and family a Costco membership and share access to value, quality brand-name merchandise and other Costco member-exclusive benefits. One-year Gold Star gift Memberships, which can be renewed by the recipient, are available for purchase by Costco members. A Costco membership is good at more than 900 Costco locations worldwide and online at Costco.com.
Want to upgrade your gift to an Executive Membership? Simply purchase two Gift of Memberships for a total of $130, and the recipient can enjoy all the benefits of being an Executive Member, including an annual 2% Reward. To purchase, simply enter the number of Gift Memberships you would like.
- The recipient can bring the Gift of Membership to the membership counter at any Costco location in the U.S. or Puerto Rico to receive an active Gold Star Membership card. Gift of Membership can also be redeemed on Costco.com.
- Current Costco members may use the Gift of Membership to upgrade to Executive Membership or renew an existing membership.
- Note on gift messaging: Due to envelope size, only 180 characters, including spaces, are allowed in the body of the gift message. Please add your message during checkout.
The Gift of Membership is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Photocopies are not accepted. The Gift of Membership is not redeemable for cash or merchandise. Value of the Gift of Membership is fixed at time of purchase.

FOR DIGITAL / E-MAILED CARDS:
Recipient's email address MUST be supplied in the email field on the Shipping Address page. To ensure delivery of the Digital Shop Gift of Membership, please add Costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com to your email address book or safe list.
Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable email address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser.
The recipient will receive the Digital Gift of Membership email within 2 hours of the order confirmation email being sent to the purchaser. Additional processing time may be required.
If you have issues receiving the Digital Gift of Membership after the timeframe suggested above, you can access the tracking details through the 'Orders & Purchases' section on your Costco account.
Digital Gift of Membership Cards can be used at any US or PR Warehouse, or Costco.com.

For items ordered Friday after 6 A.M. CST and throughout the weekend, allow one business day for processing.

Standard shipping is from Minnesota via First Class Mail. Tracking information is not available. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 7 - 10 business days from the time of order.
Express shipping is via FedEx, for an additional fee when selected at checkout. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3 - 5 business days from the time of order.
AK, HI and PR add an additional 2 business days for standard or express shipping.
