A Business Executive Membership includes one free Household Card,* and allows you to purchase products for business, personal, and resale** use. Your Business Executive Membership is valid for one year at any Costco location worldwide, and at Costco.com. All memberships must be renewed annually. Once you purchase a membership, a membership number will be emailed to you within 2 business days. To receive your membership card(s), visit the membership counter at any Costco location.

A Business Executive Membership is available to owners or operators of businesses who want the benefits of a Costco Business Membership, with the added value of an Executive Membership.

Executive Membership is our highest level of membership. Executive Members earn an annual 2% Reward (up to $1,000) on qualified Costco, Costco.com and Costco Travel^† purchases, as well as greater discounts on Costco Services, such as lower prices on check printing and free roadside assistance for vehicles covered through the auto insurance program. Business identification (business license, resale certificate,** or three pieces of business ID) is required when applying for a Business Executive Membership. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email, appropriate documentation and government-issued photo identification to any U.S. or Puerto Rico Costco membership counter.

Business Executive Members also may add additional cardholders (Affiliates) to their membership account for $60 each per year, which also includes one Household Card per Affiliate. (Please note: The annual 2% Reward is calculated only on qualified purchases by the Primary Member and Household Cardholder. Affiliate Cardholders (and their Household Cardholders) are not eligible for Executive Membership benefits or the 2% Reward.) Affiliates may be added to your membership when you sign up, either online or at the Costco membership counter, or at a later date.

*Primary and Affiliate Members receive one free Household Card for anyone over the age of 16 and living at the same address.

**Business Executive Members who wish to purchase for resale must provide the Costco warehouse membership counter with the appropriate resale information.

†For Executive Member purchases made directly from Costco Travel, a 2% Reward will be earned and applied after travel is completed. Must be an Executive Member when travel starts. Excludes taxes, fees, surcharges, gratuities, trip protection, and portions of travel purchased through a third party such as activities, tours, baggage fees, upgrades, rental car equipment, resort charges, port charges, resort and cruise line fees and similar extras. Other terms, conditions and exclusions applicable to the 2% Reward apply.

As a service to our Business Members who purchase tobacco products for resale, we provide certain information to the tobacco manufacturer’s representative to process retail incentives for our Business Members. The information we provide is the Business Member name, address, the brand name and the amount of tobacco products purchased. Pursuant to California law, if you are a Business Member in California and you do not want us to disclose this information on your behalf, you can notify us at any U.S. location or contact Customer Service.
