Member Readiness & Requirements
  • Utilities: Existing electrical outlets, water shut-offs, and gas valves must be accessible and within 3 feet of the appliance but not through walls, floors or cabinets.Ā  Must be in good operational condition.
  • No Home Modifications: Our teams are not licensed carpenters, plumbers, or electricians. We cannot modify cabinetry, flooring, countertops, walls or baseboards.
  • Accessibility: An adult (18+) must be present. The delivery path (both inside and out) must be clear and accessible without risk to property or personnel.
  • Propane (LP) Disclaimer: We connect to Natural Gas only. We cannot connect to Propane (LP) lines, even if a conversion kit is provided.

Scheduling & Logistics
  • Notification: You will receive a 2-hour window via phone/SMS between 6ā€“9 PM local time the evening before your scheduled delivery. If a secondary installation appointment is required (dishwasher, gas and built-in appliances) you will also be contacted by your installer with a 4-hour window and then a 30-minute call prior to arriving at your home.
  • Timeline: Delivery must be accepted within 10 days of contact to avoid order cancellation.
  • Service Area: We typically deliver within a 50-mile radius of any Costco warehouse. Please enter your delivery location zip code on the homepage or product page to verify availability for your location. Delivery to AK, HI, and PR incur additional shipping fees.

If a disposal, recycling or e-waste fee or tax is applicable in your state, this will be applied to your order and collected at checkout.

āš ļø Natural Gas Only: Hookup is available for Natural Gas only. Our teams are legally unable to connect to Liquid Propane (LP), even if a conversion kit is provided.

āš ļø Installation Appointments: Installation is performed by a specialized contractor and may require a secondary appointment separate from delivery. If the appliance has been disconnected prior to delivery, haul away will occur at time of delivery. If not, haul away will occur during the installation appointment. Haul away is on a one-for-one, like item, basis. Code upgrades not included and additional site-specific work can be quoted separately at the time of installation.
