Using ThermaCare® for more than the recommended time can increase the risk of skin irritation or burns. ThermaCare® shouldn’t be used more than 7 days in a row. ThermaCare® Menstrual HeatWrap shouldn’t be used more than 4 days in a row. If during or after this time the pain you’re treating remains unchanged or worsens, consult your doctor, as this may be a sign of a more serious condition.
