White Glove Delivery via delivery agent, includes in-home delivery, set-up, and removal of packaging materials and your old mattress and box spring. The delivery agent will reach out within 7-14 days to schedule a convenient delivery date and time slot. On the morning of your scheduled delivery, you can expect a courtesy call from the delivery team. They will provide you with a more precise estimated time of arrival.

Members in the state of California that will not receive haul away at time of delivery, must call 1-800-955-2292 within 30 days of delivery to request haulaway.

*Used mattress that are contaminated and pose a risk to personnel, new products, or equipment are not eligible for haulaway.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
