Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price. Curbside delivery, signature required. Carrier will call to set up a delivery time.

Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway.
 
  • The delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
  • Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway.
  • Spas Warranty is void if the spa is moved to any location that is not the original ‘Ship To’ address. Please review all exclusions on the warranty page.
  • If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery.

Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.
  • Drivers do not bring freight into house, garage, etc., nor do drivers assist with un-packaging or set-up.
  • Costco does not provide delivery other than curbside.
  • Costco is not responsible for moving the hot tub after delivery, any costs associated with connecting or disconnecting electrical wiring, or any other cost involved with moving the unit.

Return Shipping in case of a return exception is curbside pick up as delivered.

Costco.com products can be returned to any of our more than 800 Costco warehouses worldwide.
