The SKLZ Golf Training Set includes 3 Pro Rods and the Gold Flex Swing Trainer for an all-in-one approach to improving your game. The fiberglass rods have a pointed end to easily set up during training or pre-game routine, and 9 ring marks give you multiple configuration options and cues for a versatile training experience. Use with regular club or in combination with the included Gold Flex swing trainer. The Gold Flex has exaggerated flex in the shaft to help lengthen the swing by forcing you to keep hands and arms fully extended. The extra flex also encourages a slight lag at the top of your back swing, establishing the ideal swing tempo and the weighted head creates additional momentum through your swing to encourage proper weight transfer. Both the Gold Flex and the Pro Rods easily fit in a golf bag for easy transport and storage. Includes:
