You can redeem your eGift Card at any participating Papa John's restaurant in the U.S., by phone or online at www.papajohns.com
Redeem in Restaurant
Print your eGift Card and present to Cashier. Make sure the 19 digit eGift Card Number and 4 Digit Pin Number are legible
Redeem by Phone
When asked for payment provide the team member taking your order with your 19-digit gift card number and 4-digit PIN.
Redeem Online
Simply go to www.papajohns.com to place your order. When requested for payment at checkout, select Gift Card as the payment type and enter the 19-digit card number and 4-digit PIN when prompted.

Recipient’s email address MUST be supplied in the e-mail field on the Shipping Address page. To ensure delivery of your redemption code emails to your inbox, please add costco.com@memberedelivery.com to your Email Address Book or Safe List.
If you have issues receiving your email, look in your spam or you can access your purchase here: Digital Order Portal. Simply enter your Costco order number and the email address used on your purchase. Your order number can be found on your confirmation email from Costco.com or on the Order & Returns section on your Costco account.
