Ortiz white tuna is pole-and-line caught during the summer and prepared in low-temperature cookers. This hamper offers a chance to enjoy the renowned white tuna in olive oil, white tuna in brine, and the unique white tuna in olive oil with world-famous Espelette pepper. The result is an exquisite product with a tender texture and rich flavor.
Ortiz sardines are freshly prepared following a traditional French recipe that dates back to 1824 and are hand-packed in high-quality olive oil.
