With an innovative two-in-one design, the baking pan lid doubles as a proofing bowl for your dough. Made of durable aluminized steel, the baking pan is easier and lighter to transfer into your oven, while delivering a tight seal between the lid and pan to ensure moisture stays inside during baking, helping create the perfect crust. Pan preheating is not required, so your overall time from start to finish is quicker.

Use Instructions:

• Pan and lid are oven safe to 450° F
• Do not pre-heat the pan; start your bake with pan at room temperature per instructions
• Safe for use with nylon, wood, or silicone utensils and scrub brushes
• Metal utensils and cleaning brushes will scratch the surface of your pan and are not recommended
• Safely store cutting tool with blade retracted to avoid injury, blade is sharp
• Use hot pads and oven mitts when handling hot pans

Care Instructions:
Hand wash recommended with warm, soapy water to preserve longevity of all components
