• Haul Away: We will haul away your old appliance at the time of delivery for basic hookup items (refrigerators, freezers, or electric dryers-ranges-all in ones) or at time of installation if a secondary appointment is required (dishwashers, gas appliances, built-in appliances such as microwaves, wall ovens, cooktops).
  • Note: Haul Away is available, it is on a one-for-one, like item, basis. If Costco does not offer installation in your area for wall ovens, dishwashers, cooktops, or over the range microwaves and you want our team to haul away, they should be  professionally uninstalled and ready for pickup prior to delivery.
• Safety First: Our teams are required to install anti-tip brackets where applicable at no extra cost.

Member Readiness & Requirements

• Utilities: Existing electrical outlets, water shut-offs, and gas valves must be accessible and within 3 feet of the appliance but not through walls, floors or cabinets.  Must be in good operational condition.
• No Home Modifications: Our teams are not licensed carpenters, plumbers, or electricians. We cannot modify cabinetry, flooring, countertops, walls or baseboards.
• Accessibility: An adult (18+) must be present. The delivery path (both inside and out) must be clear and accessible without risk to property or personnel.
• Propane (LP) Disclaimer: We connect to Natural Gas only. We cannot connect to Propane (LP) lines, even if a conversion kit is provided.

Scheduling & Logistics

• Notification: You will receive a 2-hour window via phone/SMS between 6–9 PM local time the evening before your scheduled delivery. If a secondary installation appointment is required (dishwasher, gas and built-in appliances) you will also be contacted by your installer with a 4-hour window and then a 30-minute call prior to arriving at your home.
• Timeline: Delivery must be accepted within 10 days of contact to avoid order cancellation.
• Service Area: We typically deliver within a 50-mile radius of any Costco warehouse. Please enter your delivery location zip code on the homepage or product page to verify availability for your location. Delivery to AK, HI, and PR incur additional shipping fees.

• Delivery and complex installation will require two separate appointments.
• Every effort will be made to have the appointments occur on the same day.
• The complex installation contractor (not the delivery agent) will be responsible for the haul away of existing appliances.
• Haul away at time of delivery is an option, only if the member uninstalls existing appliance and removes it from opening prior to the arrival of the delivery agent.
