Direct from the Manufacturer Program. Manufacturer services the shipping and delivery of the product using their contracted 3rd party carriers and installer network. For Residential Delivery Only. The product is not certified for commercial public use in schools, churches, playgrounds, parks, multi-dwelling apartments, condos, home or professional daycares.
Arrives approximately 6 - 10 weeks from time of order.
- Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier.
- The estimated delivery date on the shipping confirmation email is the date the product is planned to arrive to the installer in the local region. This is not the date for installation or delivery to the home residence.
- Must be a residential, single-family home. Installers will not install swing sets in commercial locations.
- Delivery is dependent on the delivery location access for a large tractor trailer. The carrier cannot deliver on dead end roads, cul-de-sacs, unpaved roads, single-lane roads, or streets with heavy tree or powerline overhang.
- Prior to installer’s arrival, the entire installation area must be cleared and grade must be level within 3”. Clear access to the installation site is required before installer arrival.
- The manufacturer will ship the playset to the installation branch. An email will first be sent to the Member “Your Order Has Shipped” confirmation once the playset leaves the manufacturer’s facility. A representative will contact the Member within 3 business days (Mon -Fri) of receiving your playset at the local installation branch to schedule an installation date and walk you through the entire process.
- An authorized installer will deliver and install the playset. Installation can generally be completed in one day. Additional time may be needed for larger sets or unfavorable weather.
- Member or authorized representatives must be home during installation.

Site Preparation
- Recipient is responsible for complying with any HOA regulations, zoning and restrictive covenants before ordering. Please inquire before ordering with your local ordinance.
- Prior to delivery, Recipient selects the site on the property or backyard that is grade level within 3” and free of rocks, stumps, tall grass, trees, and other protrusions. or have all these cleared before the installer arrives. The installer cannot perform installation if this is not determined before they arrive.
- Installers can not install a swing set on concrete.
- Select a site that has good drainage and does not collect water. Swing sets directed for installation in areas of poor drainage will void product warranty.
- Site preparation must be complete prior to the installation date.
- ASTM Guidelines recommend a 6-foot safety zone around your entire play set. Add this safety zone to the dimensions shown for the Play Set model you are purchasing. Also make sure that there are not any overhead protrusions such as tree branches, phone or electrical. Refer to the height of the respective play set on the website.
