The product is not certified for commercial public use in schools, churches, playgrounds, parks, multi-dwelling apartments, condos, home or professional daycares.

Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price. Curbside delivery only, signature required. The carrier will call to set up a delivery time. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier or extended delivery time. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 - 4 weeks from the time of order. Lead times may be extended to 4 - 6 weeks (May - July) for some markets during peak season.

Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. Drivers do not bring freight into backyard, houses, garage, etc., nor do drivers assist with un-packaging or set-up.

• Member responsible for complying with any HOA regulations, zoning and restrictive covenants before ordering. Please inquire before ordering with your local ordinance.
• The swing set will ship via the Manufacturer’s contracted common carrier freight because of the weight and size of the boxes. 
• Delivery is dependent on the delivery location access for a large tractor trailer. The carrier cannot deliver on dead end roads, cul-de-sacs, unpaved roads, single-lane roads, or streets with heavy tree or powerline overhang. 
• Once shipped, the carrier will call in advance to schedule a delivery appointment and verify delivery can be made.
• Delivery is generally within a 4-hour window. Deliveries are made via truck Monday through Friday and will require someone over the age of 18 to be present.
• The freight delivery service used is curbside only which means the driver is not responsible for moving the boxes anywhere other than off the truck and onto the curb at the end of the driveway.
• It is the recipient’s responsibility to inspect merchandise and packaging prior to delivery agent's departure.
• If the merchandise or packaging appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery.
• Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.
