The estimated delivery time will be approximately 2-4 weeks from the time of order.
Standard shipping with professional installation is included in the quoted price. Professional installation will require 1-4 days to complete. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of checkout and please monitor your emails for an opportunity to set your delivery appointment. Installation date must be scheduled within 90 days or the order will be subject to cancel and refund issue. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier.
Installation Requirements:
- Proper installation requires that your site is level to within 6" across the footprint of the building.
- Check with your local building department to see if a building permit is required in your area.
- In the event a permit is required, compliance with local codes is the responsibility of the customer and additional charges will apply.
- Access to electricity within 150 feet and three feet of clearance around the structure are required for proper installation.
- HOA approvals are the responsibility of the customer.
- California Only: Costco has filed a blanket performance and payment bond with the California Contractors State License Board (Bond No. 023007178.) The surety is Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, 1001 4th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98154. The bond waives the down payment provision set forth in Section 7159.5 of the Business & Professions Code and permits payment of the full Contract Price prior to performance of the work. A copy of the bond is available upon your request.
