Honey Mama’s makes raw honey-sweetened truffle bars from only a limited number of nutrient-rich whole food ingredients. The soft texture of the bars is similar to brownie batter, chocolate truffles, or fudge.
Founded by Christy Goldsby in 2013 at the Portland, Oregon Farmers Market who “started Honey Mama’s fearlessly believing that these delicious comfort food treats would offer vibrance, vitality, and a delightful sense of well-being”. As the first refrigerated truffle bar, Honey Mama’s, changes the status quo for indulgence with a recipe that contributes to health and vitality.
All bars are made in Portland, Oregon at our own SQF-certified facility that ensures only the highest quality control and food safety measures.
