From a request by the late Tenor Luciano Pavarotti for a precious object to be included at his Foundation’s charity auction, the Giusti family created the “Scrigno”, a precious wooden case containing the entire Giusti “Historical Collection”. The “Scrigno” also contains five premium condiments aged in oak, cherry, chestnut, mulberry and juniper casks, each of them carries distinctive flavors of the wood in which it aged.

1 Balsamic Vinegar 1 Silver Medal:
Characterized by a rich perfume and an agreeable and rounded balsamic acidity, the” Silver Medal” is aged in ancient oak barrels and represent an aromatic balsamic vinegar which, with its intensity, enhances the flavors of any dish. This Balsamic Vinegar can be used fresh or can be heated in cooking preparations. Recommended with salads, cooked and raw vegetables, for marinating and as an ingredient in sweet-and-sour sauces.
1 Balsamic Vinegar 2 Gold Medals:
A classic for the Giusti family, “Il Classico” is a greatly versatile product, used fresh or heated. Of a good density and optimal balance between the sweet and sour, the Balsamic Vinegar is characterized by overtones of mature fruits, licorice and black pepper, obtain from the long ageing in old barrels. Recommended with cooked and raw vegetables, eggs, fish, white meat. Ideal also for marinating meat and fish.
1 Balsamic Vinegar 3 Gold Medals:
Born from a historic family recipe from the beginning of the 20th century, this Balsamic Vinegar is born from sweet, sundried grapes. Aromas and flavors of plum jam and red fruits intertwine with hints of honey and vanilla in a considerable dense and sweet dressing, perfect as a fresh dressing for various savory or sweet dishes. Recommended with ravioli, fresh pasta, grilled meats, grilled vegetables, raw fish, fruit salad and dessert.

Born for the celebration of the 400 years of the Giusti family production, the “Quarto Centenario” is a condiment of extreme fullness, deeply aromatic, with scents of ripe fruits, accompanied by notes of tobacco, roasted coffee and hints of wood, thanks to its long ageing in ancient small casks. Perfect with fresh and aged cheeses, capresi, eggs, fruit salads and dessert. It can be used also as an ingredients in sweet-and-sour sauces.

The ultimate pride and expression of the art of Giusti vinegars, the “Banda Rossa” was the personal gift from Uncle Giuseppe to family members.
