Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price. Curbside delivery, signature required. Carrier will call to set up a delivery time. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier.

All Evolution Spas hot tubs are shipped via tractor-trailer, with curbside delivery included in the quoted price. Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. Delivery to remote areas including islands will incur additional charges which are the responsibility of the member. Your street must be free of any obstructions such as low hanging trees and power lines and must have adequate access for a tractor-trailer. The street must be well maintained and in good condition, including rural roads.

• The delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
• The driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway.
• It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to the driver's departure.
  If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process, or you may refuse the delivery.

Please include a daytime phone number and a valid email address in the shipping information at the time of checkout.
Spa’s Warranty is void if the spa is moved to any location that is not the original ‘Ship To’ address. Please review all exclusions on the warranty page.

*Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.

• Drivers do not bring freight into house, garage, etc., nor do drivers assist with un-packaging or set-up.
• Costco does not provide delivery other than curbside. 
• Costco is not responsible for moving the hot tub after delivery, any costs associated with connecting or disconnecting electrical wiring, or any other cost involved with moving the unit.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
