The 2011 vintage marks a turning point in Cheval des Andes’ stylistic evolution—an elegant and terroir-driven expression shaped by high-altitude viticulture and Bordeaux-inspired precision. Composed of 69% Malbec, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Petit Verdot, the 2011 opens with aromas of ripe plum, red berries, cedar, and toasted hazelnut.
