- Dust the cabinet with a soft, dry cloth
- To protect the finish of the cabinet, do not apply abrasives or household cleaners.
- Always keep the shuffleboard playfield covered lightly with shuffleboard sand to help protect the surface and to enable smoother game play
- HB Home recommends cleaning the playfield surface with a silicone spray and then applying standard car wax to the surface every 3-6 months. The car wax process will provide protection to the playfield surface and will help fill any small imperfections in the play field that occur over time.

Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 4-6 weeks from the time of order. Delivery and in-home professional installation and set up will occur at separate times.
Within two business days of your purchase, a representative with HB Home, a division of Imperial, will contact you to obtain necessary pre-release information, including conducting a site survey of where the pool table is to be installed in your home.
Please include a daytime phone number and a valid email address in the shipping information at the time of check out.
The installer will be assigned upon this survey's completion and the order will be released to ship. You will receive an email with the installer’s contact information. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a second email with the tracking information and a link to track the shipment status.
The pool table will be delivered into your garage or the nearest covered area. The delivery area must not require stairs to access, nor can it be transported through grass. The shipment is comprised of a pallet of slate and a second pallet of pool table components with multiple cartons.
Once shipped, the delivery cannot be delayed without incurring additional storage fees with the freight provider, these are set by the freight provider. If a delivery delay is required, please notify the customer service team of this during your site survey.
Once your pool table is delivered, you should contact your installer and schedule the installation. The schedule will depend on a mutually convenient appointment.
Purchase includes professional installation of the pool table by a trained technician. The installation service does not include disposal of packaging (pallets, cartons).
Extraordinary delivery requirements, such as the absence of a garage or protected covered area may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier, which will be communicated to you prior to acceptance of any additional fees.
