Every piece features Tri-ply construction: a heat-responsive aluminum core bonded between two layers of stainless steel. This design allows heat to build quickly and distribute uniformly across the entire pan, not just the base. Crafted in Italy, each vessel is secured with stainless steel rivets, features ergonomic Stay Cool Handles™, and includes a rolled rim for drip-resistant pouring.
This versatile set provides the foundational tools for everyday cooking. It includes two frying pans for searing and sautéing; a mini sauté pan, saucepan, and saucier for sauces and reductions; a 3.5-quart sauté pan for braising; and an 8-quart stock pot with a pasta insert for stocks and boiling.
