Ingredients:
Active ingredients (in 2 tablets): Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 15 mg, Folate (as folic acid) 680 mcg DFE (408 mcg folic acid), Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 30 mcg, Iron (as fermented iron bisglycinate) 26 mg, Organic beetroot 100 mg, Food Blend 18 mg (organic brown rice, organic orange, organic broccoli)    

Inactive ingredients: Ferment media (rice protein, autolyzed yeast extract, organic brown rice, yeast [inactive]), stearic acid, silicon dioxide, rice protein, autolyzed yeast extract, Hypromellose.
