The Organic Balsamic Vinegar PGI 5 Leaves has a dark and shiny color, has a very significant density, on the palate it is sweet and harmonious with a profile rich in delicate aromas. It is produced by combining cooked must with wine vinegars which are left to rest for a long time in precious wood barrels. Ideal for enriching red and white meats, with aged cheeses, fruit and salads. It does not contain any type of dye, thickener or preservative.
