Handling:
Within the box you may find ice packs. Please refrigerate immediately upon receipt.

Preparation and Cooking Tips:

Cook Time: Approximately 3 hours

-Preheat oven to 325ºF.
-Remove ham from package.
-Place ham fat side up in a roasting pan.
-Cut a checkerboard pattern on the top of the ham, if desired stud with cloves.
-Loosely cover the ham with tin foil.
-Cook 12-15 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature reaches 120ºF.
-Remove foil and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
*NOTE: If you decide to add the optional Glazing Instructions, please follow the Optional Glaze instructions listed below.

Optional Glaze

-Glaze or brown sugar can be added once the ham reaches 120ºF. 
-Increase the oven temperature to 350ºF.
-Remove the foil and rub with brown sugar or glaze of your choice. 
-Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
-Remove from oven and rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.

Instruction for members upon receiving product:
- Open immediately upon arrival
- Packing should be intact (no damaged seal, leaks, etc.)
- Product temperature should be verified with a calibrated thermometer at 40F or below
- Product should be kept frozen immediately upon receiving and verification of temperature
