Special order merchandise, custom merchandise and installed merchandise cannot be returned or refunded after the expiration of your right-to-cancel period. This is an exception to Costco’s standard return policy. Costco Contractor License/Registration List Costco Shop Cards are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law. The Costco Shop Card amount is based on the pretax price of installed purchases through the Costco Home Improvement Installed Products program, and some exceptions apply, such as preparation work or additional products purchased. Please see your dealer representative for details. Digital delivery of the Costco Shop Card(s) is the standard method and may take up to 7 days after Costco’s receipt of your signature on the project completion paperwork. The email will be sent from costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com. You may also opt out of digital delivery; however, processing plastic Costco Shop Cards may take up to 4 weeks to arrive at the mailing address you provided.
