How to Redeem:
Redeem In-Store:
Redeem in-store by printing this eGift Card or storing it on your mobile device and providing it to the store associate at the register.

Store Associate:
eGift Cards should be processed in the same manner as regular Gift Card tender. When prompted, swipe the Gift Card, scan the barcode or key in the eGift Card number & PIN shown above the barcode. Follow all other standard policies and procedures for handling Gift Card transactions.

Redeem Online:
Redeem online by keying the card number & PIN in the Redeem a Gift Card field at checkout. Limited to 5 eGift Cards per order

Recipient’s email address MUST be supplied in the e-mail field on the Shipping Address page. To ensure delivery of your redemption code emails to your inbox, please add costco.com@memberedelivery.com to your Email Address Book or Safe List.

If you have issues receiving your email, look in your spam or you can access your purchase here: Digital Order Portal. Simply enter your Costco order number and the email address used on your purchase.
