Since 2012, Costco has contributed a portion of the sales of Kirkland Signature™ honey items to Project Apis m. to support pollinator health, habitat and research.
Equitable Food Initiative
We support the Equitable Food Initiative (EFI), a fresh produce certification and training effort that addresses pollinator health in addition to their focus on working conditions on farms.
Pollinator Policy for Farms
Costco’s Pollinator Health Policy encourages our suppliers of fruits, vegetables and plants to choose methods of protecting crops that minimize harm to the environment.
