Love and Costco
Who doesn’t enjoy a good love story?
A meet-cute, three-hankie, I’m-not-crying-you’re-crying tale of blissful romance that culminates with vows at the altar and the promise of happily ever after.
We also love a good deal. And that’s the happy place where love and Costco merge.
With the company’s growth over the years, it is now possible to use Costco at just about every stage of wedding planning and celebration—from engagement to invitations to the bachelor/bachelorette party to the wedding, the reception and the honeymoon—to help couples on their journey down the aisle.
(Side note: Costco helps with anniversaries, too! My own trip down the aisle took place 25 wonderful years ago. To celebrate the occasion, my husband surprised me with a weekend in Napa Valley, California, booked, of course, through Costco Travel.)
In this month’s cover story, you’ll read about other Costco members who have added “value” to their “I do” wedding vows by using Costco for rings, flowers, food, party favors, trips and more.
The Buying Smart article on the Costco jewelry buying department details all the work that goes into finding those stunning engagement or wedding rings, and ensuring that they are of the highest quality possible.
And Peter Greenberg’s Travel Connection article, “Places of the heart,” describes a few favorite romantic destinations (including Napa Valley!) that will provide inspiration for any couple, whether it’s for your first trip together as a couple or your 50th.
A toast to love, and Costco!
