We keep inventory of our bestsellers on hand to ensure members can get them as quickly as possible—for many items as quickly as three to five days. Look for the “Costco Direct” tag, or search "Costco Direct" at Costco.com (see "What is Costco Direct?"). Other items may be stocked at our suppliers' facilities with a longer lead time.

CC How does Costco.com’s pricing compare with other retailers?
JN If you look at the initial price for an item at Costco.com, and at another retail site, you might think the competition’s price is lower. But at many retailers, that price isn’t what you end up paying at checkout, after they have added delivery, installation, haul away of your old appliance and more (see “Savings made simple”). And, you won’t see those additional costs until you’ve gone through the entire checkout process.

At Costco.com the price you see is the price you get, and you should always be saving money. Our price includes delivery and installation, and required parts in most areas, haul away, and two years warranty coverage (versus the one-year industry standard coverage).

JN At Costco.com we offer the ability to bundle and save on many purchases. We offer competitive prices throughout the year, plus additional savings during major holiday promotions.

CC What are important points to consider before ordering?
JN Before purchasing an appliance, members will want to consider these two important aspects: fuel type and fit. Make sure the fuel type of the appliance (gas or electric) is compatible with the connections in your home.

Equally important is to make sure it will fit—not just where you want it, but every step of the path it takes to place it inside: driveways, doorways, hallways, etc. Walking the path prior to placing your order is key.
