I just finished reading [Suze Orman’s] “Patience pays off” in the January issue, and wholeheartedly agree with the advice to wait, if you are healthy, to start to collect your Social Security benefits.

I decided to wait until age 70 to begin taking my benefits. Perseverance can pay off ... and don’t be afraid to question the Social Security Administration if you feel you should be entitled to a higher benefit based upon the 6% to 8% per year rule.

Very vegan
