The Chartres Solid Alder Bedroom Collection is our interpretation of updated, transitional furniture. This design balances clean lines with gentle contours to provide both classic and contemporary appeal. As the solid hardwood for this collection, we selected Alder for its subtle grain characteristics and the warm aesthetic it provides when paired with our 8-step bourbon finish and custom bronze finish metal drawer pulls. But visual appeal is just the beginning. To ensure that the Chartres Collection is truly exemplary, we insisted that it does not contain any MDF or Particle Board. These inferior wood materials are commonly used in today’s furniture. Additionally, we employed high grade construction techniques to further enhance the durability of the Chartres Bedroom Collection. We upgraded this collection by adding unique features such as a pullout beverage tray in the nightstand and a removable felt-lined jewelry tray in the dresser. Together, the solid Alder, proven construction techniques, and convenient features combine to create a beautiful bedroom collection that will provide you with years of lasting enjoyment.
