Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2022, dark in color, with rich fruit and ripe tannins – as approachable in youth as in maturity. Since its founding in 1972, Caymus has become renowned as a consistent leader in the production of Napa Valley Cabernet. Grapes for this wine are farmed in a range of Napa’s sub-appellations – from Coombsville to Calistoga – with fruit from the valley floor creating lushness and the hillsides providing backbone. Diversification enables us to make the best possible wine in a given year, featuring layered, lush aromas and flavors, including cocoa, cassis, and ripe berries.

Red Schooner Voyage 12, grapes for this Malbec are grown in the Andes Mountains of Argentina, then chilled and transported by ocean voyage to Caymus, where we use our winemaking techniques to create a style that is dense, dark, and supple. Falling outside standard labeling rules, Red Schooner does not include a vintage date but is known by the voyage from which it traveled. Strikingly smooth, with scents and flavors of dark fruit and fine, textural tannins.

Caymus Suisun Grand Durif Petit Sirah 2021; Only 30 minutes from Napa, Suisun Valley (which became an AVA in 1982) is still largely undiscovered. With its warm days and cool nights, this pastoral region reminds us of Napa Valley in the 1960s. Known for delicious stone fruits and walnuts, it is also gaining recognition for exceptional wine. Durif is synonymous with Petite Sirah, the widely grown grape in the region – “Grand” was added to the name for its grand style. With harmonious tannins, this wine is opulent, luxuriously soft, and totally enjoyable.

Emmolo Merlot 2022; This wine has expansive, dark berry flavors, a fresh earthiness, and smooth, leathery tannins with scents of pomace, sweet, toasted oak, blackberries, and ripe plums. Sourced in Napa Valley, techniques like crop thinning throughout the season allow for smaller yields resulting in a wine that’s more intensely concentrated. Pairs well with mushroom risotto, grilled sausage, pork chops, ratatouille, and eggplant parmesan.
