The Broan® ventilation fan with CleanCover™ grille clears the air with a low profile, streamline design. With CleanCover™, your fan cover stays cleaner for longer with fewer vent slots to clean and design that coordinates with any decor. The Humidity Sensing Wall Control can detect a rapid rise in humidity to turn the fan on. It responds to increases in humidity up to 4X faster* than other humidity sensors, to help fight mold and improve air quality. Designed for retrofit, remodel and replacement, this fan features hassle-free installation from the room side, for spaces with no attic access. The EzDuct™ connector and FoldAway™ mounting ears make it flexible to almost any installation challenge, especially for rooms on the first floor or basement floor of the home. Each carton comes complete with a precise template for accurate housing opening ceiling cut.
