How to Use:
Clean and dry your nose to remove any oil (for oily skin, use an astringent).
Place - Remove the liner and place the strip on the nose.
Apply - Press down ends and rub gently to secure. It is normal to see slight lifting at the edges as it opens your nose.
Remove your nasal strip while washing your face with warm water or when you’re in the shower. Always remove the strip gently.
