AI Enabled Person and Vehicle Detection
Reduce false alerts and increase the effectiveness of your video security system with AvertX Person and Vehicle Detection. Using the latest machine learning analytic tools, AvertX video analytics detects persons and vehicles in scenes to reduce false alerts. Smart Analytics can be set to send push alerts to your mobile device when a person or vehicle is detected, or you can save time by searching recorded video for only analytic detection events.

Active Deterrence
The HD458 integrates its smart analytics, spotlights, and audio capabilities to give active deterrence. Active deterrence can be combined with smart analytics for a wide number of scenarios. For example, set it to turn on the spotlight and say, "Stop! You are trespassing. Leave now," when a person is detected in your yard at night.

Two Way Audio
The HD458 4K bullet camera includes an integrated microphone and speaker for two-way audio. Hear and speak to visitors at a gate or front door using the AvertX Connect mobile apps. Care-givers can communicate or soothe while checking in. Business owners and managers can use audio to assist employees to providing the best customer service.

Plug and Play Compatibility with AvertX ProConnect Recorders
Easily expand your AvertX ProConnect system with these compact and powerful bullet cameras! When plugged into a ProConnect Recorder, the camera automatically connects and initializes video recording and motion detection.  With AvertX ProConnect, you can take advantage of advanced and convenient features such as mobile apps, push notifications, cloud-based user management, video backup, and clip sharing!

Internal MicroSD Card Backup Recording
HD458 bullet cameras feature a microSD card slot as an added layer of redundancy and backup. Once you add a microSD card, the camera will record directly to the internal storage on the card, making sure you always have video. If your recorder is stolen or fails, you can pull video directly from the camera’s microSD card and never miss an important event!

True WDR
True WDR (wide dynamic range) compensates for uneven light conditions caused by shadows, sun glare, back light and inconsistent lighting. AvertX cameras with True WDR use multiple exposure technology that includes hardware and digital image processing. The result is superior video quality.

Advanced Smart Compression
Maximize your bandwidth and NVR's storage with our H.264 Enhanced Codec. Using the H.264 Smart Codec, high quality video uses less bits of data. Less bits of data means you can store up to 50% more video than before on your NVR and use less bandwidth when viewing your video remotely.

Superior Nighttime Performance
For scenes in total darkness, the HD458 bullet camera uses the latest high-intensity IR LED technologies for maximum visibility. Adaptive IR technology adjusts illumination levels as an object approaches to keep other objects close to the camera from being washed out. If you prefer a color image, the HD458 can capture color footage with minimal security lighting or using the integrated spotlight.

Extreme Cold Operation
The built-in heater enables operation down to -22° Fahrenheit for operation in harsh climates and even in cold storage buildings and walk-in freezers

Pain Free Installation
AvertX has designed its system with integral features to simplify installation. Power and video are transmitted over a single cable up to 300 feet without requiring an external power source. The HD458 bullet camera’s small size and ball joint makes it perfect for installation in tight or uneven places.  Waterproof cable connectors do not require a sealed electrical box, saving time and money.
