Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 4 - 5 weeks from the time of order. Delivery and in-home professional installation will occur at separate times.
Once your order is released by speaking to an American Heritage Billiards customer service agent, you will receive an email that includes the name and contact information for the installer assigned to your order within 2 business days.
Within the next 5-10 days, you will receive an email from Costco with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier so that you may track your shipment online. Please allow at least 3-4 days before tracking your order using this information.
Within 2-3 weeks of shipment, the delivery agent will call to set up a drop-off appointment. Please include multiple phone numbers in the shipping information at the time of check out, to improve the delivery agent’s ability to schedule the drop-off. The order will be dropped-off in your garage where it will be temporarily stored until you contact the installer assigned to your order for an appointment.
It is the responsibility of the member to call and schedule an appointment for the pool table installation; please allow approximately 7-10 days lead time for the installer to come out to move the pool table from your garage and install the pool table in your room of choice.
Extraordinary delivery requirements, such as the absence of a garage or protected covered area, may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier.
Delivery does not include disposal of packaging.
