These Extra Strength antacid tablets relieve heartburn, sour stomach, acid indigestion, and upset stomach symptoms fast. All it takes is 2 antacid tablets in water to experience the magic of Alka-Seltzer and get fast relief that neutralizes 99% of excess acid.  Suggested Use: To use, fully dissolve tablets 2 in 4 ounces of water before taking. Adults and children over 12 years old can take 2 tablets every 4 hours as needed, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Adults 60+ do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours Ingredients:
