New Membership

Please fill out the application to purchase your Costco membership. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with your new membership number.

Household Cardholders will be asked to present proof that they live at the same address as the Primary Member.

Preferences

Your choice to opt in pertains only to you. Your additional cardholders can set up their preferences at the Costco membership counter when they receive their membership cards.

Your name, mailing address, email address, membership number, status and type will be shared with selected vendors so they may qualify you for special promotions.
