Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 4-6 weeks from the time of order. Delivery and in-home professional installation and set up will occur at separate times.
Should additional time be required for final delivery and installation, Car Pool Tables, or a representative from the local installer, will contact you by phone or email.
Please include a daytime phone number and a valid email address in the shipping information at the time of check out.
Your new pool table is shipped by over-the-road trucking (a “common carrier” semi-truck) and delivered directly to your home, business, or game-room. Shipping will only occur after you have been contacted and the delivery time finalized. The trucking company will drop off the 2 large wooden crates and place them in a safe location. Your new pool table is completely insured against ANY damage during transport on any of our shipments. If you notice any damage to the crates, please call us immediately (BEFORE the truck leaves) at 1-727-827-8268.
Installation: Once your new pool table is delivered, a third party professional installer will contact you to set-up an installation appointment. They will be provided with your name, email, address, and phone number. You will be provided with the installer contact information as well. During set-up the installers will unpack the crates, bring everything in piece-by-piece, and set up your new pool table. Installation costs have been included in your special Costco Member price. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee.
Your shipment will arrive to you in 2 wooden crates weighing a total of 1,600 lbs (727k). If you have not received a call or e-mail from the Car Pool Tables representative within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact the supplier via their website (www.carpooltables.com/pages/contact-us) or by calling: 1-727-827-8268.
