Standard shipping via common carrier “threshold delivery” is included in the quoted price. "Threshold delivery” includes placement inside your front door or garage. Placement in your room of choice, removal of packing materials and assembly are not included. Delivery can only be made inside the front door on the ground floor of multi-level housing. Carrier will call to set up a delivery appointment. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and will be scheduled as a 4 hour window. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier.

Costco.com products can be returned to any of our more than 600 Costco warehouses worldwide.

If you request an item be picked up for return, the item must be packaged and available for pick up in the same manner as it was delivered.
If your order was delivered "curb side", it will need to be available for curb side pick up.
If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in a box at the time of pick up.
