Instructions:
To guarantee that your flowers stay in perfect shape until your wedding day, it is important to follow the care tips below.

        1.  Upon receiving your flower shipment, open the box and examine it carefully before removing any pieces. Verify the shipment against your purchase order. If any items are missing or damaged, please                call our toll-free number immediately (888-620-8895). Do not remove the identification tags from the arrangements until your wedding day.
        2.  If you find loose flowers inside the box, don't worry. This may happen during transportation and has been anticipated. Extra flowers are placed in the arrangement during construction to compensate. We recommend you don't discard these extra flowers, and instead use them as petals.
        3.  Upon arrival put flowers in water and make sure the glass vials are full.
        4.  Maintain flowers at a temperature between 35 - 75 F. Avoid extreme temperatures. The colder the storage space, the better to conserve the flowers. DO NOT FREEZE.

Preferred Arrival Date:
When selecting a date, please keep the following in mind: Your flowers will deliver on OR before your selected delivery date, if one was selected. Signature is required for delivery. Flowers are a perishable item and need to be cared for immediately upon arrival. Returns will only be accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition. Returns will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence. For special events, select a delivery date 1-2 days in advance of the event for the best blooms. Note: Due to the variance in monitor color and screen tones, the flowers you receive may vary in color from the image on your computer monitor. If you are purchasing bulk roses to complement your wedding tones, be aware that we cannot guarantee the same variety when more than one case is ordered. We will make every effort, however, to match the shade of color.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

Costco.com products can be returned to any of our more than 600 Costco warehouses worldwide.

Membership: We will refund your membership fee in full at any time if you are dissatisfied.

Merchandise: We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full refund. The following must be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund: televisions, projectors, computers, cameras, camcorders, touch screen tablets, MP3 players and cellular phones.

How to Return: For an immediate refund (including shipping and handling), simply return your purchase at any one of our Costco warehouses worldwide. If you are unable to return your order at one of our warehouses, please email customer service or call our customer service center at 1-800-955-2292 for assistance. To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your order number.

If you request an item be picked up for return, the item must be packaged and available for pick up in the same manner as it was delivered.
If your order was delivered "curb side", it will need to be available for curb side pick up.
If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in a box at the time of pick up.
