    How to Use the Home Delivery Pharmacy

    Follow the instructions below to place your first order with the Home Delivery pharmacy.

    1. Set up an account

    • If this is your first time shopping on Costco.com, register for an account under Sign In.
    • New shoppers will be prompted to submit billing, shipping, payment, and health information. If you are a returning shopper, enter your email and password under Sign In.

    2. Order a prescription

    • Return to pharmacy.costco.com and select an order type.
    • New Prescription - Enter your prescriber's information, enter the drug information, and select a shipping method.
    • Refill Prescription - Select from a list of prescriptions you have previously filled at the Home Delivery pharmacy.
    • Transfer Prescription from Warehouse - Enter the Costco pharmacy at which your prescription is currently located. Give us the presciption number and we will transfer the prescription.

    3. Verify your prescription request

    • Verify your order is correct.
    • If you need to make changes to your order, billing address, or shipping address, click Add/Change Address and submit your changes.
    • If the information in your order is correct, click Complete Prescription Request.

    4. Receive your order

    • Your order will be processed within 1-4 days of the pharmacy receiving your prescription.
    • Once the order is processed and payment is confirmed, we will ship your order via the shipping method you selected.
