How to start using PGX
Day 1-2: Take 1 PGX Daily softgel with each meal.
Day 2-4: Take 2 PGX Daily softgels with each meal.
Day 5-6: Take 3 PGX Daily softgels with each meal.
Days 7 and beyond: Take 4-6 PGX Daily softgels with each meal.

Note: Don't forget to drink water (12 -16 fluid ounces) every time you take PGX. Some find as little as 2 softgels per meal are effective, while others need the maximum of 6 softgels.
