Before placing an order for Expedited Delivery, you must call Universal Casket Company directly at 866-458-2800, or your order will not be processed. (This customer service number is staffed by qualified representatives who will be able to answer any product, shipping and delivery questions). Expedited Delivery orders must be placed by 11 a.m. Eastern Time. A casket ordered for expedited delivery will arrive by 5 p.m. (your local time) the following day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). For example: if an order is placed on Monday at 11 a.m. EST, the casket will be delivered by Tuesday by 5 p.m. (your local time); however, if the order is placed on Monday at 11:01 a.m. EST, the casket will deliver by Wednesday. Expedited delivery is not available in all areas.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify the funeral home of your order within 1 business day.
Currently, caskets can only be purchased from and shipped to addresses in the following states:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
Your bill to and ship to addresses must both be in the list of states above for your order to be valid.

Additionally, Acts of God, weather-related conditions, and states of emergencies can delay delivery beyond the stated delivery parameters.
To facilitate delivery, Costco will provide your bill-to name, phone number, name of the deceased, and name of the mortuary to Universal Casket Company.
Universal Casket Company delivers during normal business hours. You do not have to be present at the time of delivery. If the casket is being delivered to a location other than a funeral home, the carrier will call for a delivery appointment. In this case someone must be present to accept delivery.
All purchases are subject to credit card authorization before your order is valid.
As this may be a time sensitive purchase, please take the appropriate steps when you order by calling your bank to verify credit limit and make sure authorization goes through. Please double-check your information for accuracy. Credit Card holds or declines can delay your order beyond the stated delivery parameters above. Your credit card will be charged when the item ships.

Costco.com will only accept a return of a casket due to freight or cosmetic damage from shipping. Please call 1-800-955-2292 for a return authorization. Caskets cannot be returned to Costco warehouses.
Merchandise: We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full refund. The following must be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund: televisions, projectors, computers, cameras, camcorders, touch screen tablets, MP3 players and cellular phones.
How to Return: For an immediate refund (including shipping and handling), simply return your purchase at any one of our Costco warehouses worldwide. If you are unable to return your order at one of our warehouses, please email customer service or call our customer service center at 1-800-955-2292 for assistance. To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your order number.
If you request an item be picked up for return, the item must be packaged and available for pick up in the same manner as it was delivered.
If your order was delivered "curb side", it will need to be available for curb side pick up.
If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in a box at the time of pick up.
