All orders require a Preferred Arrival date to be chosen. All orders must be placed at least 7-10 days in advance of Preferred arrival date.

To maximize the life and beauty of your cut flowers, it is important to follow the care tips below.
- Fill a clean container with fresh water and flower preservative. Do not use more than the recommended dosage, as the flowers may be sugar sensitive.
- Cut your flowers in a diagonal direction, approximately 1-inch from the base of the stems with a sharp knife. This will expose a fresh and wider surface of the stems to the water.
- Remove any foliage that will fall below the water line to reduce bacterial contamination of the water.
- Revitalize your flowers by re-cutting the stems and placing them in fresh water every 2 to 3 days to maximize shelf life.
- Keep your flowers in a cool area to help them last longer.

Flowers must be ordered a minimum of 7-10 days in advance of delivery.
Deliveries will be made Tuesday – Friday only (no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries), no exceptions.
Preferred Arrival Date:
When selecting a date, please keep the following in mind: Your flowers will deliver on OR before your selected delivery date, if one was selected. Signature is required for delivery. Flowers are a perishable item and need to be cared for immediately upon arrival. Returns will only be accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition. Returns will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence. For special events, select a delivery date 1-2 days in advance of the event for the best blooms. To cancel or reschedule an order within 48 hours please call 1-888-620-8895, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm EST, Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm EST, or email: Costco@vistaflor.com.
Flower Delivery Information:
Please select a delivery address where the flowers can be cared for immediately upon arrival. Flowers are a perishable item and must be cared for properly.
Note: Due to the variance in monitor color and screen tones, the flowers you receive may vary in color from the image on your computer monitor. If you are purchasing bulk roses to complement your wedding tones, be aware that we cannot guarantee the same variety when more than one case is ordered. We will make every effort, however, to match the shade of color.
Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
Costco.com products can be returned to any of our more than 600 Costco warehouses worldwide.
How to Return: For an immediate refund (including shipping and handling), simply return your purchase at any one of our Costco warehouses worldwide. If you are unable to return your order at one of our warehouses, please email customer service or call our customer service center at 1-800-955-2292 for assistance. To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your order number.
If you request an item be picked up for return, the item must be packaged and available for pick up in the same manner as it was delivered. If your order was delivered "curb side", it will need to be available for curb side pick up.
If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in a box at the time of pick up.
