    Directions:

    Age 13 years to adult: 2 tablets (3 g fiber) up to 6 tablets per day. Not to exceed 6 tablets daily.
    Children age 6-12 years: 1 tablet (1.5 g fiber) up to 3 tablets per day. Not to exceed 3 tablets daily.
