Before Ordering:

The covers are “CUSTOM MADE” to the dimensions provided by the Costco.com member. You will receive a confirmation email, once the order is received, with a copy of the dimensions entered in by members. This provides you the opportunity to review and make changes to the order. Both a diagram and detailed instructions regarding the hinge are located on the order page. The order form clearly instructs on how to measure the straps and skirt length.

As noted on the order form, this cover is not manufactured with a continuous skirt. Continuous skirts can often create stress on the corners which often creates a problem area. This high quality covers are designed with Gusseted (split) corners that overlap which allows the heat to remain trapped, improving your energy efficiency, while remaining visually appealing.

Shipping & Terms
Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price. Curbside delivery, signature required. Carrier will call to set up a delivery time. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 4 - 6 weeks from the time of order.
Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. Delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway. It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure. If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery. Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.

It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with un-packaging or set-up. Delivery does not include disposal of packaging.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
