2-Year FULL WARRANTY (from the date of purchase) covers the entire product. Warranty includes IN-HOME-SERVICE. A nationwide network of designated service companies is available to provide maintenance and both in-and post-warranty service, to keep your appliance in peak operating condition. Costco has a policy of continuous improvement of products and reserves the right to make improvements or changes on products without notice.

To cancel an order that you have not received or to request a product return, please email costco.com at Customer Service.

Shipping
Shipping via Whirlpool Quality Express is included in the quoted price.

Delivery
The estimated delivery time will be approximately 20-25 business days from the time of order. Carrier will call to set up a delivery appointment. You must take delivery within 20 days of contact from the carrier. If you are not contacted within 10 to 12 business days, please email us at Customer Service.

Carrier and Costco will make 2 attempts to contact you for delivery, which may occur before the stated delivery lead time above. If no response to these attempts is received, your order may be cancelled. Please provide a valid daytime phone number and email address at time of checkout.

Extraordinary Delivery Requirements
Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. Island deliveries are subject to cancellation. Recipient must be home at time of delivery. Delivery is subject to reasonable access to the area without damaging the purchaser's property or the product, or jeopardizing the safety of the delivery personnel.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Montana or Wyoming.
